We only collect what we need to give you a quote and clean your space:

• Contact & booking details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, and service address, plus details about the clean (service type, home size, add-ons, frequency, floor type, and any notes).
• Messages you send us — what you type into our website chat assistant or send to our Facebook Page through Messenger.
• Photos — before-and-after photos of the areas we clean, for quality and our records.
• Basic technical information — standard data your browser or device shares automatically (such as general location and device type) when you visit our site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Give you a price estimate and answer your questions;
• Schedule, confirm, and perform your cleaning;
• Contact you about your appointment or invoice;
• Send you an invoice and collect payment after the clean;
• Improve our service and, where you allow it, show before-and-after photos in our marketing, social media, and training.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business:

• Scheduling — Calendly, to book your appointment.
• Payments — our invoicing/payment providers (such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Wave) to send invoices and accept payment.
• Chat assistant — our website chat is powered by a third-party AI service (Google's Gemini) and runs on Cloudflare; the messages you send the assistant are processed by these services to generate a response.
• Facebook Messenger — if you message our Facebook Page, your messages are handled through Meta's Messenger platform and are also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting — our website is hosted on Cloudflare.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

These providers may only use your information to perform their service for us.

4. Chat & Messaging

When you message us through our website chat or Facebook Messenger, we use your messages to answer questions, provide quotes, and help you book. We may keep a short record of the conversation to provide a smooth experience. Messages sent through Facebook are also governed by Meta's own policies. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our own website uses little to no tracking. However, embedded tools such as the Calendly booking calendar or Facebook may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit who can access it.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. To make a request, just contact us using the details below. If you want before-and-after photos of your space kept private, let us know in writing before your appointment.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here with the "Last updated" date above is the current one. Please review it occasionally.
